The long awaited Deadboy release If U Want Me is finally hitting shops this weekend (digital on Monday) – be quick if you want a piece of the action, the vinyl has sold out of distribution in one day.
It comes as a limited one sided twelve featuring a laser etch on the b-side courtesy of German illustrator Powl Goudsmit – check it out above. The A-side was cut on heavyweight vinyl at 45rpm by Lawrie from Curvepusher.
The track has become a staple across clubs in the UK in the past few months – it beautifully fuses Deadboy’s take on UK Garage with the futuristic melancholia of early Detroit Techno.
